Position Overview

Qualteach is looking for a Client Acquisition Specialist to help drive new client acquisition through cold calling, outreach campaigns, networking, and relationship building.

This is a commission-only 1099 opportunity perfect for individuals who are entrepreneurial, confident on the phone, and motivated by uncapped income potential.

No office reporting required. Work fully remote or meet clients locally on your own schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers

  • Generate qualified leads for SOP development, training systems, and consulting services

  • Maintain a personal sales pipeline and book discovery calls

  • Promote Qualteach at business events, online platforms, and community spaces

  • Build strong relationships with small business owners and CEOs

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to refine messaging and target markets

  • Track outreach metrics and manage leads in the CRM (tools provided)

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong communication skills

  • High self-motivation and discipline

  • Comfortable with cold calling and B2B conversations

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time

  • Professional presence and reliability

Preferred

  • Sales or business development experience

  • Experience selling consulting, training, or business services

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.)

No degree required. No office required.

Compensation (Commission-Only)

This role is 100% commission, offering unlimited earning potential.

Commission Structure

  • 20% — SOP development packages

  • 18% — Learning design & training system projects

  • 20% — Operational & documentation consulting

  • 15% recurring for 3 months — Retainer clients

Performance Bonuses

  • 3 closed deals/month → $150 bonus

  • $25K in revenue/month → $300 bonus

  • Long-term contracts (6 months+) → Retention bonus

  • Quarterly revenue milestones → Commission % increases

Agents commonly earn $1,000–$5,000+ per closed deal, depending on project size.
