Welcome to Qualteach. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

• Service Scope: We provide employee training content development, consulting, and delivery as agreed in project proposals.

• Payment Terms: Payments are due as specified in invoices. Late payments may incur fees.

• Intellectual Property: Training materials developed remain the property of Qualteach until full payment is received; thereafter, clients receive usage rights as agreed.

• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.

• Liability: Qualteach is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of training materials.

• Termination: Either party may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice; fees for work completed remain payable.

• Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved via mediation before pursuing legal action.
